In todays fast-paced world, it can be a real challenge to slow down but slowing down is essential for our overall wellbeing. Too many people are burning out right now and it is essential that we start taking better care of ourselves. 

Yin yoga offers a much slower practice that incorporates both Yogic philosophy and Chinese medicine. 

It is a class that fully honours the bio-individuality of your unique body. Using various props, we each find our own variation of the asana which is then held for between 3-5 minutes. The longer holds of a yin practice tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and allow release of the myofascial matrix. It is healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. 

It is beneficial for all but, if you are used to a more dynamic practice, this may be your most challenging practice yet. Are you ready to find magic in the stillness?
