Get Your Week off to a flying start

Have you ever noticed how the whole of your week can be affected by your Monday? A lousy Monday often leads to a lousy week, but, if you start with the right mindset, you are unstoppable!

In yoga, we often use something called a sankalpa - this is an intention or dedication. Through the practice of yoga, your vibration is raised and that intention is manifest.

In these sessions we take that one step further and our sankalpa is the energy that we want to bring in or something that we want to complete during the week ahead. Think of it like a mental, moving vision board. As we flow through our practice, holding that intention, the energies will start to shift in your favour.

The practice closes with a motivational meditation and you will leave ready to take on your week and everything that it brings.

Through the warmer months, this class takes place at a secret outdoor location on Kings Langley. If we get rained off, we will practice on Zoom.
